Herceptin Drug (monoclonal antibody to Her2)
HercepTest (IHC detection of Her2)
Her2–neu localization in FFPE human breast carcinoma. The antibody strongly labels the plasma membrane of breast cancer cells. Result of this IHC test may indicate Herceptin treatment.
QualTek developed an IHC assay in FFPE tissue and demonstrated granular staining in tumor cells but not in benign prostate.
QualTek was the first to detect this excellent diagnostic target for assessing prostate biopsies.

p53 Oncoprotein in Breast Carcinoma
Mutant p53 detection – poor prognosis
Detection of p53 in FFPE breast carcinoma. The antibody detects mutant p53 (nuclear localization). Mutant p53 expression in tumor cells has been associated with poor prognosis in various cancers.
